Hola,

Tengo un débito doble en mi tarjeta por parte de spotify durante este mes, verifique ya los movimientos bancarios. La única cuenta alterna que tenia la verifique igual y no ha tenido planes ni ha registrado movimientos.

Me gustaría que me ayudarán con eso.

Thanks for reaching out! I hope you don't mind us replying in English.

Have you had trouble logging in to your account? It's possible that you've accidentally created a second account and started Premium on it as well. You can take a look here for more info on how you can locate any extra accounts you might have.

How do the payments appear on your bank statement? Are they both processed or is one of them still pending? If the payment is pending, it will most likely be cancelled soon.

You can also check out this page for more possible options on what might have happened with your payments.
