Didn't get email code for Microsoft Reward

Didn't get email code for Microsoft Reward

Microsoft offered 3 months free premium for using Bing to search.  Did this, went through the registration process.  Got to the page that says "Verify your code" and "To validate your offer, enter the code that you received" except it's been over an hour and I haven't received an email with the code and there's no option anywhere I can find to re-send it so I've basically signed up for nothing, except to give Spotify my email address.

 

Any help or thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.

If you've already checked your spam and junk folders and still don't see the code, I recommend reaching out to Microsoft Support so that they can try to re-send the code.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

In this case, I recommend checking your email account's spam/junk folder, as the email might've landed there 🙂

 

Also, is it the first time you're signing up to Spotify/Premium for the first time using this e-mail address, as the offer is only available to users who have not already tried Premium?

No, never had Spotify.  Some of the guys in the office have it so we just listen to their stuff.  I never have.

It did, yeah.  Thanks very much.

Have you tried going to the rewards tab on Microsoft Rewards? If the Spotify 3 month reward is there, then you didn't really redeem it, but if it isn't then you actually have redeemed it, although it's strange that nothing got sent to you.

Actually, I have exactly the same problem.  And there ist either No eMail with the Code in the spam folder.

So what can I do now?
