Charged for Duo plan but I never changed from Single

Charged for Duo plan but I never changed from Single

My Question or Issue

I had a Single plan and it kept advertising Duo but I never said yes. All of a sudden I'm charged for a duo plan that I never and will never use. I want a refund for the extra I was charged for the Duo plan
