Didnt recognize student credentials, ended up paying 9.99 a month, without hulu

I am a student at gtcc and I wanted to get the spotify Hulu bundle for the student discount. I am a bit agitated that the company offered a promotion I qualify for, and for some reason won't grant the doscount.

Let's try to make this work! So firstly, has it been 72 hours from when you uploaded your documents to check your student verification. SheerID (the company that spotify uses to verify students) checks every documant by a human and they can take up to 72 hours. Your document might still be pending for a review (since it's the weekend). 

Secondly, if you have received an email, saying that your documentation hasn't been accepted, click on the try again link and remember to send them the following things: 

• Official Enrollment Letter from your academic institution (acceptance letters will not be approved)
• Class schedule for the current academic term
• Registration receipt or tuition receipt
• Transcript that shows classes currently in progress
• Other school issued document that displays your first/last name, an issue date from the current term or within the last three months

Lastly, if you uploaded the document multiple times and all were denied and you are still unsure why your document was not approved after receiving your email from the SheerID verification team, please contact customer service here (at the bottom) and be sure to explain what document you used, the reasons listed in the email why the document was refused and the email address you used to verify.
