I check my bank account you guys charge me for a month of spotify and now I cannot get on the app please help

When you say you cannot access the app, do you mean it is not letting you log into your account, or something else? Also, are you getting any error message?

Yes thank you for your response my payment went through but my spotify account says update payment

Hey @user-removed,

 

Could you take a look here and let me know the last date of payment: Receipts page

 

If that is up to date, and you can currently use premuim then I would suggest for you to update your payment details before your next payment is due, this should resolve the issue.
