Discount for Student

Hi, can anyone help me? I’m trying to get premium to the student discount as I am a uni student. However it keeps charging me the full amount so had to cancel my premium account until I can get the discount which seems impossible?

If you're eligible for the student discount, you have to verify it first. Once your enter your payment and student details, you should receive a confirmation email to complete the purchase. The verification process could take a few days.

Once you receive the verification email and complete the purchase, your student discount will start automatically. You'll only need to renew the discount every 12 months to keep it rolling.

I tried to get this package twice and you guys said it was denied because the verification to see if I was an student got denied then I check my bank account and you guys charge me twice!!! It sucks so much because I'm actually a student and any dollar counts! So please return my money!!!! You guys sucks so much! You don't even have a phone so we can actually get help easier!

Since the student discount wasn't confirmed, these payments should show as pending on your bank statement.

This only means that the funds were put on hold when you entered your credit card details, and will be made available again by your bank soon.

For more information about these pending transactions, we suggest contacting your bank or card issuer.
