Discount premium subscription not working

I've had discount premium before for 3 months. They sent me an ad again, and I ve subscribed again. But this time I still have ads, and it's not showing on my suscripción page:(... what to do?... why?....

I’d recommend trying to: 
- Log out/in again.
- Reinstall the app
- Check if you see Free or Premium here: https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/

If you’re seeing Free, and none of those steps help it’d probably be best to contact Support at this form: https://support.spotify.com/us/contact-spotify-anonymous/ 
They can take a closer look at what’s happening backstage. Support takes about 24-48 to reply.
