Don't active my account for premium

Don't active my account for premium

I was pay three times for 3 month premium account. But it wasnt active. Please check my account.If you want i can send you  payment information. But i need yours support mail. My e-mail adress [removed]

Please check this page to see if you actually have an active subscription. If yes, and you're experiencing this problem in the Spotify App on your smartphone, please reinstall it and let me know if it works in this way 🙂

the real problems start here. I dont look a premium account this page. But i made the necessary payment 3 times.

okay, seems like you have more than one account and you're using the one without a Premium subscription which you're currently paying for.

 

Please check this guide to find out all your accounts.
