I had two accounts [redacted] and I've realized that I subscribed premium for both accounts on 3/5.

You can cancel them yourself by heading to https://www.spotify.com/ar/account/subscription/ and clicking on cancel! If the payment has already been processed, then unfortunately you have at least a month of Premium in that account 😞
