Double billing

Solved!

Double billing

Hello, everyone.

I am receiving a double billing through my bank account every month. I am trying to find out why, but cannot. Spotify apparently cannot be contacted. I want them to cancel one of the accounts if that is the problem, but cannot. Help!

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

Hey @susangist

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

Username/ID: xxxxxxx

If you're getting charged twice, it probably means you're paying more than one account. Checking your receipts is a way to confirm that.

Hope it helps. 🙂

Thank you.Ii searched, and I have never received a receipt. Only promotions for albums.
