on Saturday I subscribed to Premium I enter my credit card but I did not change to Premium I was still as free I had to enter another card and here if I changed the mode but I was debited from the two cards then as I would for the refund of the collection additional?

If the first payment didn't activate the Premium service, but the second payment did, it's possible that the first attempt didn't go through successfully. Can you check with your bank the state of the first payment? If it shows as pending, the funds will go back to your card in the following days.
