Double charged and charge after cancelling subscription

Double charged and charge after cancelling subscription

I canceled my account and I am still being charged. When open the spotify app it shows the free version but they are still charging me. When I was noticed the charge I looked into there previous charges and I was being charges twice a month. I only have one account on one device and I don't have a facebook for the account to link to. I will be going to my bank on Monday to see how long I was double charged. Spotify also makes it so annoying to tell them about problems with the app. I used the help page and got an email that just links back to the same page. Anyone know what I should do?

This is odd. In this case, we'd like you to log in here. You'll be redirected to your account's receipt page. If you don't see any new payments in there after you cancelled your subscription, don't worry. In that case, make sure to check this article and follow the steps in there in order to know how to proceed.
