Double charged

I have been charged 4 times this month... 9/1, 9/4 and twice on 9/16... And I'm sorry not having a way for you Customer's to contact you other then this form is very aggravating...

I'm so sorry to that you are having this problem.  I highly recommend that you tweet @spotifycares as they are very fast with the turn around on issues.   Lets get you up and running good again.

The other option is to contact them via this link: Contact Spotify Support (Banking/Subscription).

 

I hope you are able to get your situation corrected as soon as possible. I have confidence you'll be satisfied with the resolution.
