Hello,
my problem is that I pay every month for student premium and yesterday the amount was taken from my bank account twice. What could I do to get back my money?

If you're being charged for Spotify twice, you might have two Premium accounts. You can check if you have more than one account on Spotify by following these specific steps. If you have another Premium account, you can cancel the subscription on it by following the steps here.

it was another problem that I could solve with the support. But another question, how do you get directly to the support without first going back and forth with the commiuniti? Is there a direct procedure because I couldn't find it anywhere.
