My Question or Issue

Hello , I payed two times this month one on the 15 of March and one on the 22 of March, just a few days after , I also checked on the official  page on the section of the payments  and do not result  the payment of the 15 of March,  the money was taken both time and I have the proof on the credit card , why i payed two time ?? I don't  have double accounts or something else, I also sended  an email and nobody answered! Can I have my money back of one payment ?

We recommend getting in touch with the folks over at Customer Support, since they're the ones who can help you out in this situation. Like you mentioned, it's possible that a second account has been accidentally created, or there have been other payment related issues, so it's best you contact them (if you haven't already) as they have access to the necessary tools to look into this.
