Duo Account. My husband and I put in same address, it accepts my husband, managers account, address but when I copy and paste same address it keeps saying You need to live at the same address. What should I do?

Can you try accepting the invite through a different browser or private window? Also, please make sure that you’re residing at the same physical address as the plan’s manager (in this case, your husband) at the time of signup.
