Duo Basic

Im based in the UK and have the basic package. My account doesn't offer duo basic, only premium? I don't use audio books so don't want to pay for premium duo. Can anyone help? Thanks 😊

Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to switch between the Basic plans. You can either keep your current Basic plan or switch to a Premium plan like Duo.

Today I found out that users can't upgrade from Basic Plan to Basic Family Plan if they were at anytime previously subscribed to the Premium.

I really think this is grossly unfair and I don't see the logic. Was anyone else ware of this or understand/can explain why this is? I find it very frustrating and confusing.
