Duo Sign-up canceled my Hulu Subscription

My Question or Issue

Signing up for Duo canceled my free Hulu subscription. I cannot cancel and go back to my previous setup and am told that this may be fixed in 'the future'. This is an awful product rollout. How can Spotify NOT notify customers that signing up for Duo will cause you to loose your Hulu access. That is a very important consideration when deciding to make any changes to your plan. This is extremely frustrating and not the right way to treat customers. A warning that you would loose your Hulu access with account changes seems like a no brainer but would get in the way of new subscription upgrades which seems to be the priority for Spotify.

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

Since the Hulu bundle is available only with Premium Individual + Hulu and with Premium for Students + Hulu + Showtime, your Hulu subscription is automatically cancelled when you join a Family/Duo plan.

If you want to reactivate your Hulu bundle you'd need to switch back to Premium or Premium for Students. Hope this makes sense.
