My Question or Issue

I have DUO subscription but I just not get my wife to join as well. This error is keeping on popping out

Hey @user-removed, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

In order to be able to accept the invite, she should have the same address and country as the plan’s manager (you) and must be at that location at the time of sign up. Your wife can check here to see if they have added the same country as you. She can follow these steps, if she needs to update it.

Then you can invite her again to the Premium Duo plan. After she has accepted the invite, she can enjoy the Premium features.

If she gets an error message, you can attach a screenshot and I’ll take a look.
