Duo plan issue

Hi I'm from Australia trying to get help for my husband is having trouble re-inviting me to our duo plan after I was cancelled out for some reason, but now the app won't allow the option to invite me?

I am locked out of premium duo but my partner didn't cancel me from subscription but he did try to change to family plan? Is that why? He has changed back to duo now but still can't invite me. How do I get back on the premium duo we have paid for?
