Duo plan not working?

Duo plan not working?

I just got the duo plan and the other person in the plan doesn't have premium, it works just like the free one.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.


Could you please ask the other person in the plan to log out > restart their device > log back in? It's best if they do it two times in a row. It sounds a bit odd, but it forces a sync between the account and the device. 

We'd also recommend to check if you've successfully completed the invitation process and the address verification. In order to do that, they'd need to go to their account page and check if they'll see Premium Duo under Your Plan. If that's not what they're seeing, it means that their account might be still on free. In this case, the plan manager needs to send the invitation link again and they should complete the aforementioned processes.
