My Question or Issue

I have a teen that is currently on premium that I pay for via gift carda. My other teen now whats in on the action so I am looking to get Duo.

Questions:

1. The teens are 50/50 between me and the other parent (seperate houses). The Duo conditions say they need to be in the same house. Will this be an issue?

2. How to pay? I am not keen to have my credit card attached to one of their accounts. Can I top the account each month? are gift cards still an option?

Hey @25983685,

That would work too. You'd still have to use a recurring payment merhod, though, but this can be done through your account if you're the plan owner. 🙂

Hey @25983685,

Thanks for reaching out.

  1. No, that shouldn't be an issue.
  2. Unfortunately, Gift Cards cannot be used for Premium Duo, so you'd have to use a recurring payment method (e.g. credit card).

I hope this clears things up 🙂
