Duo subscription, correct address but says it's not.

Duo subscription, correct address but says it's not.

I'm trying to add a second account to my duo subscription. I'm 100% sure it's the correct address then the administrator account (mine) of the duo subscription. Gives the error that the address is from a different country, and if it is correct i should try again. Keeps failing after many attempts.

Hello, I am having a similar issue with my partner. I live in the UK, as does she but she has recently moved to Mexico for a few months. To save money, I want to pay for for our duo account but it keeps saying it won't allow her to join due to not 'living together' even though we do normally. Any advice?
