I pay for premium duo but the other person on my account doesn't have premium. He still has many commercials. Can you fix this or do I need to cancel service? This has been nearly a year with this problem,

Thanks for reaching out.

 

If they're experiencing this issue in the Spotify mobile app, please ask them to go to Settings and privacy and then click on Account. Does it say that they're on Free or Premium there?
