E-Gift Card Not Recieved

E-Gift Card Not Recieved

I purchased an E-Gift card for 1 month of spotify premium to be delievered via e-mail to the recepient on 06/02/2017 and the recepient has not recieved it.  I cannot go back to see whether or not I entered the correct e-mail address or not.  My order ID is 576259770051072.   I am confident the e-mail address was correct and i'm a bit frustrated with the lack of customer support available and the fact it just didn't work in the first place.  Any help regarding this issue would be appreciated, thanks!

Check your Spotify receipt email, and look for something like this:


The link for redeeming the premium code is: http://www.spotify.com/code/xXxXxXxX
 
Send that your friend and you'll be set.
