My Question or Issue

I recently changed my bank account and i forgot to change the payment plan before that. So now i got an E-Mail saying, that I have to change my payment plan. The problem is that everytime I try to log in to change it a notification pops up saying my Account doesn’t exist, that my E-Mail is not connected to any account. But I got the E-Mail reminder to change my payment plan on that E-Mail. What should I do?

 

i can‘t contact support because I need to log in, and since That doesn’t work, i‘m kinda lost. 

any suggestions?
