I would like to cancel my premium subscription.  On the app, it shows premium subscription, but I don't know how to navigate to change it.  When I log into my account online from a desk top, it says I am currently using Spotify free.  How can I cancel my subscription from my phone? (I made sure it wasn't connected to my iTunes account, so that isn't the issue).

It looks like you might have a second account. Please follow this guide in our FAQ to find out if you have a second account.

As soon as you find it, you can go here and cancel your subscription.
