My Question or Issue

Hi,

I just paid for an offer of 3 months at $115 Mexican pesos , however in the receipt shows I agree for a monthly charge of $279,00 . Could you explain this? 

Did I get wrong the offer? Thought it meant one single payment of 115 for the 3 months.

Thank you for taking the time to post in the Community. This seems odd. Let's continue to investigate this together.

 

To start with, can you check your receipt on your account page to see how much you've been charged?  

 

It would also be great if you can provide us a screenshot of the email, just make sure that you hide any sensitive information in it.
