charged 6 times for one month!!

When paying for this month's subscription I was charged 6 times the same amount! That's insane. What can I do to fix this issue? I am not logging through facebook and everything is working fine on my paypal account. please help! Thanks

Problemas actualizando mi metodo de pago

Actualmente tuve un problema con mi tarjeta de credito por la entidad bancaria y no pude renovar mi suscripcion, ya arreglaron ese inconveniente pero quisiera seguir con el mismo medio de pago pero me lo rechaza por que es el mismo, que puedo hacer?

Can't change payment method
