hi, ive just changed my plan from one account premium to premium duo but in my bank app it shows that im gon be charged for normal premium again today otherwise i psuć for premium duo couple days ago

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We moved your post from Chats to the help boards as its content fits better here.


When this type of issue happens, it's usually because the user subscribes to Premium Duo on a different account by mistake creating an additional monthly charge instead of changing the plan.


However, since we don't have access to users' accounts from the Community, we couldn't confirm this information on our end. In this case, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support directly so they can check your account and help you further with your subscription.
