My Question or Issue

Good morning! I currently have the Spotify Premium Duo and I unsubscribed a few days ago to switch to Spotify Premium Family. The 5 members of the house have been able to add to the plan without any problem but I have tried more than 10 times from different devices and I get the following error: "A problem has occurred. Please try again later." I don't know what to do anymore, I have tried many times on different days from different devices, how can I solve it?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

If you're currently the owner of a Premium Duo plan yourself, you'll need to cancel that subscription first and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you should be able to accept the invite 🙂
