Hi, i received a invitation to join the family premium, however i couldnt redem my code nor be added by clicking onto the link in the email. 

"Unfortunately this premium code does not seem to be valid. Try again or contact customer service." has been prompted when i entered premium code. 

"4 - Oops something went wrong, please try again."

Hey @kissmeisian-sg,

you should ask the Premium Family owner to resend the invitation email you got.

And if it’s not working then you should try to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device.

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
