My Question or Issue

Hola, debo debo aclarar que es primera vez que solicito un servicio de subscripción. Mi problema pasó hace unos meses, cuando creé mi cuenta Spotify y obtuve el Premium gratis de prueba como es normal, después de me dí cuenta que existe el descuento de estudiantes y revisé si mi institución aparecía, y si lo estaba. El caso es que esperé hasta la fecha límite de la subscripción Premium para hacer el trámite de la cuenta de estudiante y como no sabía cómo funcionaba este sistema, procedí a cancelar mi subscripción para no tener los cargos de la cuenta Premium normal mientras esperaba el correo de confirmación para el descuento. Revisaba mi correo constantemente (por celular) y nunca me llegó, un día (mucho tiempo después) me dí cuenta que sí me llego cuando lo revisé por computador, así que entré al link y obtuve el premium pero no me hizo ningún cargo y me llegó la notificación de que había problemas con el método de pago y que si no lo solucionaba me lo iban a quitar después de un rato, aquí es donde empiezan los problemas, intenté poner los datos de la tarjeta y todo eso pero me salía el mensaje: "Ha ocurrido un error en el pago. Vuelve a intentarlo o usa otro método de pago." y dije, bueno espero a que me quiten el Premium a ver que pasa, y pues me lo quitaron y accedí a hacerlo nuevamente y me salió el mismo error, desde entonces no he podido obtener Premium y solo tengo una tarjeta de crédito y en Chile aún no implementan las de débito ni siquiera el Paypal, por lo que no tengo otro método para pagar.

Do you have any trouble signing up for the discount using an incognito window? What about from a different device?

Hello! thanks for replying, it's ok to me answer in English if you can understand me, so i'm sorry if make mistakes and hope you understood all the problem that i wrote in Spanish. Anyways, I tried the incognito on two browsers, Opera and Chrome and it appears the same error message, and I already tried using different devices, i used my phone (LG K10 lte) and my computer and it's no use. 

I have to mention that I'm trying to get the offer for 3 months now and not the student, i want also know how to change the type of subscription correctly once I end my 3 months to get the student then; to not make the same mistake again, thank you

If you're getting an error message when trying to get Premium, I suggest checking this support page for what could be causing it. Also, make sure your payment method meets the requirements to purchase the subscription.

 

Once you get the 3-month promotion, you can verify your student details here, and your subscription should automatically move to the student discount once the current promotion is over.

Hello, I already have seen the support page, none of the problems said in there is my problem and my credit card is my only method to pay, the only thing that i didn't do was contact the bank, and that's because I'm using my mother's credit card (it is an additional card) and I don't actually like to annoy her with this kind of things (I think this would be the last option if there's no solution), maybe that may be the problem but if that is the case, then the first time I used the card when I get my first 30 days premium that error message should have appeared, in other words, the card worked once. I realized that you are another moderator helping, I hope you did read the Spanish post and undertood it, and thanks for explain me how to change subscriptions. 
I was thinking to make another account if there is no solution and try Premium then, but I want to know if there's a way to "import" my playlists from the older account.
