Error message for payment.

I lost my debit card and have been trying to enter a new one to renew my subscription for the month. I keep getting an error message. It says my company is having problems, but I tried cards from two different banks. I would love to peak to a representative to fix the problem.

First, it's important to verify that your card meets these requirements. If it does, we recommend you to reach out to us via email, Facebook or Twitter. This way, we'll be able to take a closer look at your account and see what happened there.
