Can't upgrade

I had an account and my subscription was cancelled and I was logged out , I can now not upgrade on any account and I was in a live chat but for some reason I can't find this again and I can't get back into it

My account is being charged

My account is being charged 10 dollars for Spotify premium when I never got it. I never did a 30 day free trial or anything. I don't have a prescription at all, so when I checked today, my card was charged 10 dollars for something I never paid for.
