Premium Family account

Hi,

4 month ago i started spotify premium with the 0,99€ offer. Then i decided to upgraded spotify permanently using spotify premium. A month after i discoverd that i paid 14,99€ for spotify family that i did not ask for, furthermore i discovered that 5 account (that i did not set up and i do not know) were using my spotify family. 

So below my questions:

- why i had spotify family activated?

- why 5 people were using my account? Was my account hackered?

I hope i was clear enoungh and that the post is in the right session.
