Lets try this again

2 months family premium paid by direct debit and now I get an email saying it's not working.

This could be because: 

a) something wrong with your bank.

2 payments have been taken by you already and all my other DDs are fine.

b) cards may have expired

Nope not for another 2 years

c) insufficient funds in my account. 

Not much in there but enough to cover payment.

 

So why can't you receive my payment spotify?

I would suggest you contact support as there maybe a block on your account which the Customer Service Team will need to review and remove due to the payment fails.
