Payment failed.

Payment failed.

I'm having a problem getting to Premium. When I enter the credit card information, this is coming on: 

  • Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method.

I have no Idea why. This had happened before, but then the problem was that the card was not allowed to do payments in the internet. But I have fixed it. Also I have enough money on the card.

There should be no problem.

Please try subscribing through your browser's incognito mode or another browser.
You can also try using another connection, such as using your phone network instead of wifi.
