Every month subscription pauzed

Hi,

 

I have my bank account via Ideal attached to my Spotify account but kee getting a your subsrciption has been pauzed every month resulting in manual payment and resending family invites..submitted a support request without any answer.

 

This is getting really anoying now which makes me wonder if i should even pay before i get an answer..

 

Anyone else having this issue in the Netherlands? I pay manually from the same bank account, tried removing it in my profile and added it again a few times all without luck.

Did our team already get back to you? If not, can you let us know what payment method you're signing up for Premium with?

 

We'll also need to know how long this has been happening for.

No answer so far...

It has been happening for as long as i can remember. Think i complained a few years ago already.

 

Payment used is Ideal ING which is a bank in the Netherlands you can select from the list.

I paid manual again this month after receiving the pauzed message and resend invites to my kids.

This month again, just had to pay manual and resend invites again.

Can someone please help me out here?

 

it says;

Je abonnement wordt automatisch verlengd op 26-03-18 en hiervoor wordt elke maand €14,99 in rekening gebracht tot je opzegt.

 

But auto payment doesnt work and request not coming in to my bank, can you check if the request actually goes out because it doesnt seem to causing this issue.
