Everytime i try to buy the premium subscription it doesnt work

im trying to buy the 10$ premium subscription and after i fill out my information it says "Something went wrong. Please try again." im sure ive put my information down right and have tried different cards but it just doesn't work. does anyone know whats wrong I use spotify for my walks and the ads get annoying. Thanks
