Ex using card for subscription

My debit card is being charged for an account my ex has. I need to cancel authorization of my card for his subscription use.

Do you have access to the account? You or your ex will need to change out the card on file. Instructions for this can be found here

My card is being used without my permission and the individual will not respond or comply with my requests to change the card information.

I’ve tried reaching out directly to Spotify but it just keeps re routing me to the forums or simple troubleshooting answers.

Since you already used the contact form, and got the automated response, reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
