Facebook log in not working

My Question or Issue

My spotify premium account was linked to my facebook account. For the last few days, the facebook log in isn't working. I tried logging in with the email that is connected to my facebook, and that creates another account. I tried connecting that account with my facebook, but it still doesn't give me my premium features and playlists, just prompts me to get premium.  When I click the facebook log in option, it displays this error message. 

Please help me recover my account. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out about this and welcome to the Community! 

Just to confirm, do you have access to your Premium account's Account page? If yes, you should be able to update your email address from there and then reset your password so that you'll be able to log in with the email and password you chose. 

If you don't have access to the account page, could you try to log in again from an incognito window and on a different device? 

If this doesn't do the trick, we suggest reaching out to our Support team through any of these channels so they can take a look at your account and give you a hand with this.
