Facing issues using duo plan

I've subscribed for the duo plan but my partner is unable to use it. After joining through the link and approving the address, she's still getting advertisement between songs. Can anyone help me out

Hey @debasisdebnath,

 

Could you take a look with your partner if they're logged into the app with the same email they've used to open the invitation?
This can be checked when you open the app settings.
If the account seems to be the same one, please tell them to log out and log back into the app twice in a row. This will trigger a manual sync of their settings.
