Family Plan Subscription Issues when moving country

My Question or Issue

I have moved from the UAE to Ireland and trying to update my address and payment details. I moved the plan country in February 2023 to the UAE. It will not let me select a family plan once I change the country to Ireland, only a single or duo plan.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

To ensure we are on the same page, you said you are trying to start a Premium Family plan, but you are not able to do it because the country set to your account is UAE, right?

Considering the Family plan needs to run an address validation process, you need to set your account to the same country where you live and the payment method chosen by you needs to be issued in this same country. 

That said, if you want to start a Premium Family plan, first you need to switch the country of your account to Ireland and then choose a payment method issued in Ireland too, and subscribe to Family.

Thanks Luan - the issue is I'm now trying to change the country to Ireland but it is saying I'm ineligible for the Family Plan now, only giving me the option of subscribing to Duo or Single.

Consider trying the steps in an incognito window using this direct link that will lead you to the Family page specifically.
