Family Plan

I signed up for a Family Plan a few months ago and invited a few friends. I want to invite another member, but when I log into my Spotify account, it says to "contact the owner"....which is ME. How do I get it to recognize that I am the owner of the account?!

You might be logged onto the wrong account meaning you may created more than one and both have logged to the plan.

 

Please use this help page to locate all accounts listed with your details to make sure you're logging in with the right credentials.
