Family Plan

I’m the owner of a family plan, and I’ve paid and the transaction went through. All other people on the plan have premium except for me. I was out of the country for a week and it switched to free while I was gone. When i checked my account status, it said I was free? I don’t want to pay again for premium if I still have it though?

Let's make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts following these steps. You might be logging into a Free Spotify account.


If you only have one Spotify account, and it went back to Free, try checking your inbox or junk mail for any notifications from Spotify. In case your address couldn't be verified, an email is sent with further details on how to verify it.
