Family plan issue. 12 months

Help. I moved in with friends and it say that i can't become a member of the family now. Can you please remove this restriction?

Its in latvian.

"Tu nevari pievienoties šim plānam

Mums neizdevās apstiprināt, ka tu dzīvo kopā ar šī Premium plāna pārvaldnieku. Pēc 12 mēnešiem varēsi atkal pievienoties kāda cita lietotāja plānam.

Vari arī atrast sev piemērotāko Premium plānu."

It seems that you failed the address reverification process, I'm afraid.

If the address reverification fails or you miss the 7-day window, you lose access to the Family plan and your account switches to free. You can still go to spotify.com/premium to see other plans you're eligible for.
