My Question or Issue

My mom paid our premupr bill and I was in the previous family plan but it's saying I'm on a free account

Sorry to hear this!

 

In this case, I’d recommend contacting the owner of the plan to send you a new invitation. You can also find more info over here

 

I also recommend to accept the new invite on a PC using an incognito window.
