Family plan premium

Family plan premium

I was in a family plan premium... that being said. I was looking at my spotify it has updated. Im in my account amd everything but my premium isnt there anymore. The owner of the plan never took me off the plan so idk whats wrong? Any advice?

Hey @Carson007,

 

All members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address.

 

If Spotify is unable to verify the members of a Premium for Family plan, they are removed from the plan.

 

If this happens, you may restore your Premium features by upgrading to a standalone Premium subscription. You can also check out the other trials and offers.
