Family premium keeps removing me every month

Hello I am a member of family premium plan and I do live with the other members. Why does it keep ditching me every month saying it cant verify my account? And I cant accept the new invitations sent Thanks

Are you the owner of Premium for Family, or did you join a Premium for Family plan? Also, please send me a screenshot of the error message being shown.

Don’t worry - this is an issue that a lot of Premium for Family users experience. The best way to go about this is to get in touch with our Customer Support team here, who will be able to take a look at your account and see what's happening backstage.
